A 3 star hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room I was offered is on the 3rd (top) floor. spacious enough with balcony. Shower is spacious and supplied with the essentials plus a two pairs of slippers. A safe with keypad lock is in the room. Location is great if you want to go to taste the local food and buy local stuff. The bus stop only a few steps away. I’d say good 3 star hotel.

My favourite hotel in Istanbul, Fatih and the staff are friendly, helpful and go above and beyond. I always stay at this hotel when I come to Istanbul. Only 3 mins walk to Hz Eyup masjid and T5 tram to Eminonu. Great location and not too touristy which I love about this place.

The hotel is very good for the price I paid. Although the room was nothing fancy, it was comfortable and cozy. Best part is its located just 5 minutes walk from Eyüp Camii (mosque) which was my main reason for this hotel. The service and staff were absolutely awesome and really took care of your needs whenever there are issues with room. They were also very sincere and sweet, reflecting the area in general. Highly recommend it if you arent concerned for luxury and if your intent is to be with and connect with local, generally highly spiritual Turks.

Totally overrated. Despite being relatively new cleanliness was not satisfactory and no good value for money. The bed bugs didn’t help sleep. comparatively expensive place. Only plus point is it’s location close to Eyup Sultan.

Great location in Euypsultan. Walking distance to Eyupsultan mosque and stadium. Clean and wide rooms. The service is good but the man in the help desk kept asking to close the account a night before checking out.

Awesome experience. Comfortable room. Helpful staff. Location only 5 mins walk from Eyupsultan cable car and tram line. Staff arrange airport shuttle for me. Will definitely like to stay in this hotel, when I visit Istanbul again. Recommended.

The boy at the reception asked for our marriage certificate when we asked if there’s a room available, no couples bring the marriage certificate with them while traveling. This is my first time encouraging this type of behavior in turkey
